Out now is the latest Cornish Brides magazine available online and from local bridal shops throughout Cornwall. I have two sections where my makeup was featured and my photography. As you know I am still an amateur photographer, but I am learning with each photoshoot I do. This one proved tricky when we went outside as it was so sunny. I was using my Canon 600D with my 18-55mm lens, which if I blocked the light it then didn’t have enough light coming through. Since this shoot I have my 50mm F1.8, which I think would have worked much better, but it was a great shoot.
The shoot also focused on the models nails, which took over 4 hours to do! Ultimate beauty from Falmouth specialise in all types of nail treatments, as well as beauty and training. Chrissie designed a 3d technique, which looked amazing.
The makeup look I chose was a winged out smokey eye, but the lid was kept light. I can’t remember what I used, as it was so long ago now. I hope you like them. Please comment below and feel free to share. 🙂
