Married in a Castle

I have really appreciated every wedding I have done this year, as its been so few compared to the numbers I usually do.

I first met Stacey on a zoom meeting, as we had to do a remote trial, but it worked well. I took down all her wedding colours, her dress style and what makeup Stacey normally wears. I designed a look that would suit her and her wedding.

Stacey was getting ready at a local hotel in Falmouth where I arrived will all my kit and my PPE.

I did Stacey’s mom’s makeup and her bridesmaids first the Stacey’s. The colour was baby pink, so I chose cool greys and pinks to compliment the colours.

I did airbrush foundation to hold throughout the day and same individual lashes to bring out their eyes.

Even the flower girl had some lipgloss, which she was very excited to have.

Once the hair and makeup was done I helped the bridesmaid get Stacey into her dress. It was a corset back and they were nervous about getting it right, so I helped out, all part of the job. Stacey’s dress was amazing, It suited her perfectly and it had pockets!

I then said my goodbyes and watched them drive off to Pendennis castle for the ceremony.
